01 — Marketing

Social Media & Marketing

A full content and brand engine for Courtney and Gary — spanning profile consistency, weekly content production, and an AI-driven pipeline that moves topics all the way to publish-ready graphics.

1

Online Profile Discoverability Audit

A full audit and clean-up of each agent's real estate online presence — ensuring every profile across brokerage sites, directories, social platforms, and search listings is synchronized, accurate, and uniformly branded. Consistent names, bios, contact details, and imagery strengthen discoverability and present one cohesive brand.

Brand Consistency & SEO
2

Weekly Content & Blog Production

Drafted social content and website blogs — formatted for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website. Each piece is written to match the agent's voice and the Frontgate brand, ready for review and scheduling.

IG · Facebook · LinkedIn · Website
3

Social Media Calendar (Google Sheets)

A centralized calendar where agents see their full marketing pipeline at a glance — posting dates, graphics, captions, and target channel — with a built-in approval column for sign-off or feedback. One source of truth for everything in motion.

4

AI Content Strategist Agent

An AI agent that reviews each agent's social performance weekly, analyzes trends and online data, and generates on-brand blog topics — complete with content, SEO and meta details, and platform-specific captions. It then hands off to the design agent to produce blog graphics in HTML formatted for Luxury Presence, the platform used to publish company blogs.

5

AI Design & Graphics Agent

A companion AI agent that takes the approved topic and content and produces the weekly blog graphics and design — keeping visual output fast, consistent, and on-brand without manual design hours.

Weekly Graphics, Automated

Two AI agents working in sequence.

One finds the story and writes it; the other designs it. Together they turn a week of analysis into ready-to-publish content with minimal manual input.

02 — CRM

Follow Up Boss

The lead-management backbone — AI support inside each agent's account, a live daily dashboard, and scheduled skills that make sure no lead slips through and every agent starts the day knowing exactly where to focus.

1

FUB AI Assistant

An AI agent that acts as my assistant inside each agent's Follow Up Boss account — able to search, analyze, and review CRM data, and to take action such as sending emails and texts and updating records. It extends what we can manage without adding manual hours.

Search · Analyze · Action
2

Daily Live Dashboard

A real-time online dashboard that pulls directly from FUB so agents instantly see what needs attention today — priority leads and clients, new leads, and the key data to start the day. It updates itself automatically, with no manual refresh.

Real-Time · Self-Updating
3

Daily Missed-Activity Skill

Scheduled to run every day, scanning the last 24 hours in FUB for any missed calls, texts, or emails from leads. For each one it provides a suggested next step — and it also surfaces new prospects who viewed an agent's listing, including which platform they came through, so outreach can be tailored.

4

Instant Neighborhood Expert

On-demand, complete neighborhood intelligence — schools, commute times, recent comps, walkability, and what's nearby — turning each agent into a local expert for any listing, even one they've never visited. A ready-made set of selling points for buyers.

03 — Pipeline

In Progress

New skills currently in development to remove more manual work from the agents' plates.

◴

Open House Closer

After an open house, we upload the sign-in sheet and the skill drafts a personalized follow-up for every visitor — e.g., 25 visitors, 25 custom emails in minutes. It turns the slowest post-event task into a same-day send.

◴

Resurrect a Dead Lead

Provide the lead's name, property address, and the last point of contact, and the skill generates a tailored re-engagement message built for that specific lead — a fast, repeatable way to reopen cold conversations.

Challenge & Recommendation

One recurring blocker is worth surfacing — along with a simple, low-lift way to solve it.

The Blocker

Review & Approval Delays

Graphics, captions, and blog content are delivered ahead of the scheduled posting date for review and approval — but turnaround on the agent side can take several days, which pushes content live later than planned and compresses the content calendar.

Example: Content for the week of Oct 4 (blog topic, content details, captions, and hero graphics) was submitted early that week, but it wasn't reviewed in time — so it didn't go live until the week of Oct 12.
The Fix

A Light Approval Workflow

  • Set a 48-hour review window. Content is delivered with a clear review-by date; anything not flagged within the window is cleared to post as scheduled.
  • Keep approvals in one place. All sign-offs and feedback live in the Social Media Calendar's approval column — no scattered threads to chase.
  • Add a weekly 15-minute review block. A short, recurring check-in to approve the week's content in a single pass.
  • Pre-approve recurring content. Standard, repeatable pieces (e.g., market updates) can be approved by default, so only exceptions need a sign-off.
